d\u00eda 19 de febrero, nos desplazamos a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Amas de Casa y Consumidores de Biar, donde nuestra Federaci\u00f3n Lucentum organiz\u00f3 una interesante jornada de nutrici\u00f3n titulada <strong>\u201cCuerpo sano, alimentaci\u00f3n saludable\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n fue impartida por <strong>Nuria Sevilla<\/strong>, profesional en Psicolog\u00eda de la Salud, Diet\u00e9tica y Nutrici\u00f3n, quien comparti\u00f3 con las personas asistentes consejos pr\u00e1cticos y herramientas para mejorar nuestros h\u00e1bitos alimentarios y cuidar tanto el cuerpo como la mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada se abordaron temas fundamentales como la importancia de una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, la relaci\u00f3n entre nutrici\u00f3n y bienestar emocional, y pautas sencillas para incorporar h\u00e1bitos saludables en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agradecemos a  Nuria por sus conocimientos y consejos,  a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Amas de Casa y
